From time to time, GRS's, along with others active in service, will be given materials by our Assembly's trusted servants for you to give consideration, and most times, take back to your home group for discussion.
These items would be such things as the annual budget, Delegate or committee reports, motions to adopt a new method of conducting a specific action or change the way the Assembly does business, or possibly it could include the need for a discussion of a particular service event.
Any specific posting will contain the issue, motion, or discussion item, along with the date the item will be presented for a vote to the Assembly or Area Committee.
GSR's should contact their DCM for further information.
Note: as soon as new information is posted to this page, the web committee will notify all members of the Area Committee, plus past Delegates, so that the GSR's and others interested in Area 12 service have this information.
The attached report includes recommendations for discussion and consideration by Area 12's GSR's and others elected or appointed to service in the Area 12 Assembly.
Scheduled for distribution on September 8, 2018, this downloadable document allows a full three months of group and district discussion. Presentation and discussion for acceptance will take place on December 8, 2018 at the Area 12 Assembly.
