In the past, Area 12's leadership was asked to review the List of Agenda items with DCM's and GSR's so that they may gather the required group feedback for April 12th's assembly, affectionally known as the "Mini-Conference." Area committee chairs, for which there are agenda items, are included also.
There are now five scheduled sessions (3/3,3/5,3/10,3/12 and 3/17) with each district's date prior to their next district meeting. Please come to to the April Assembly prepared to present the pros & cons of putting the item forward at conference.
Each home group should be informed of items below in order to provide the GSR and others interested in service with a complete overview of the particular item or issue:
A. Description of change or new initiative;
B. The item's historical context;
C. What does your Delegate need to know? -
(Note: as we discuss these items the importance of each issue will become evident.)
You will receive an invitation from the Alternate Delegate's Zoom account with the full zoom link, phone numbers and other joining information for each of the five sessions. Additionally, you can attend all sessions of interest to you. All zoom sessions use the same ID and password, however, links will differ as they are separate meetings.
