2026
September 19 - Districts 6 and 7's Spaghetti Dinner & Service Event.  5:30 pm - 8:00 pm; Christ The Cornerstone Church, 6 North Clifton Avenue, Wilmington.  A night of recovery, service and community -- come one, come all!  Attendees are encouraged to bring a desert to share.  For further information contact dcm6-7@delawareaa.org.  For a flyer, click on this link.

September 26 - Area 12 Assembly - hybrid - 9:30 am - 12:30 pm - Online Registration Link  In person at: the George Campus, Delaware Technical Community College, 300 N. Orange St., Wilmington, Delaware 19801 (see parking information below) -- For light breakfast planning, please respond by September 19, 2026 at 5 p.m.  Note:  Parking at the George Campus is free on Saturdays (see the registration document for details). Online via Zoom: Meeting and Password will be revealed by September 19, 2026.   

October 3 - District 3's Annual Fellowship Picnic.  11 am - 4 pm; Trap Pond State Park (screened-in pavilion).  A special presentation of Area 12's history by the Area 12 Archives Committee.  Hot dogs, hamburgers, fixin's and drinks will be provided; attendees are requested to bring side dishes or a dessert to share.  For a flyer: click on this link. October 10 - District 2's Annual Service Workshop:"Technology and the Traditions - A Fellowship Conversation" - Conley's Methodist Church, 33106 Jolyns Way, Lewes. Coffee begins at 9 am; the workshop will run from 9:30 am - 11:30 am.

October 24 - District 4's 12 Concepts Workshop -  11 am - 3 pm; Simpson Community Center, 8 Rd 4, Camden, DE 19934.  The workshop will be focused on AA's 12 Concepts; the program includes a brief overview of each of the 12 Concepts, a group discussion, and opportunites to get involved in service. May 8 - Delegate's Report of the 77th General Service Conference  - (via Zoom) - 9 am - 12:30 pm. (Meeting ID and Password will be provided by May 1, 2027)

May 21 - 23 - Northeast Regional Forum (Area 50, Western NY - Niagara Falls)  Regional Forums provide unique opportunities for A.A. members across the U.S. and Canada to connect with people throughout the A.A. service structure. At forums, members can exchange information with representatives of the General Service Board, AAWS, AA Grapevine and the GSO.  More information forthcoming.
